2. Subway – Take the “F” train to 179th street Jamaica, N.Y. Proceed west on Hillside Avenue To Edgerton Boulevard. Turn right and proceed up the hill two blocks; the Retreat House is on the right.

    a. Long Island Expressway by car: Take the LIE to the Utopia Parkway exit; go south on Utopia Parkway for about a mile and a half. Make a left immediately under the Grand Central Parkway and bear right onto Edgerton Blvd.; proceed four blocks; the Retreat House is on your left.
    b. By car from the East: Proceed west on the Grand Central Parkway; exit at 188th Street. Turn left and proceed to Hillside Avenue. Turn right and proceed to Edgerton Boulevard (178th St.). Turn right and proceed up the hill two blocks; the Retreat House is on the right.
